By accessing the website or utilizing the private in-home and online musical instrument lessons provided by Silverwood Music Lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Silverwood Music Lessons regarding your access to and use of our instructional services for guitar, banjo, mandolin, and ukulele. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
Silverwood Music Lessons grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our educational content and participate in music lessons strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. All proprietary curriculum, instructional videos, sheet music, and digital resources provided during your lessons remain the exclusive intellectual property of Silverwood Music Lessons and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly perform any proprietary instructional materials or lesson content without prior written authorization from Silverwood Music Lessons.
- Users are prohibited from using our services to solicit instructors for private employment or musical engagements outside of the official Silverwood Music Lessons platform or scheduling system.
- For in-home lessons, the client must provide a safe, professional, and harassment-free environment for the instructor; failure to do so may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services provided by Silverwood Music Lessons are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for excellence in musical instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific student progress or skill outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverwood Music Lessons and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury during in-home sessions or technical failures during online lessons.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Silverwood Music Lessons is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
